Work in a biodiesel production company, leading a laboratory department team. Organizing laboratory work in accordance with applicable standards and requirements. Planning and ensuring personnel resources. Improving operational processes and increasing efficiency. Planning and distributing the department's budget. Production accounting and completing related documents.
Employee requirements
Higher or higher education in chemistry, biology or natural sciences. Similar work experience. Good knowledge of English. Good computer skills. Excellent organizational, leadership and time management skills. Responsibility, initiative, professionalism, communication skills and punctuality.
