Laboratory management, work with a team under direct and indirect supervision
Supervision of daily laboratory activities, ensuring efficient workflow
Organization and timely performance of physical and chemical tests of raw materials, production process, production
Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, evaluation and control of test results
Planning, organization, evaluation and training of subordinate employees
Improvement of internal processes, ensuring the efficiency of production and used tools
Identification of competencies necessary for quality activities and their improvement

You have a higher education;
You have at least 3 years of managerial experience in a laboratory or manufacturing company;
You have experience in implementing process and quality system improvement tools;
You have excellent team management, motivation, task delegation and control skills;
You have good computer skills;
You are able to communicate in English and Russian (an advantage);
You are organized, specific, and result-oriented.
