In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Organization of laboratory team work and process improvement
- Planning, conducting and analyzing research results on raw materials, production and finished products
- Ensuring compliance with research methodologies and coordinating their updating
- Preparing samples, sending them for testing and preparing documentation
- Cooperation with production, technology and quality departments
- Preparing certificates, reports and laboratory data
- Ensuring maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
- Ensuring the quality of raw material suppliers (filing claims in case of poor quality raw materials)
- Participation in audits and quality improvement projects
We hope you:
- You have a university or higher education in chemistry, materials science or a similar field
- You have gained experience in a laboratory, quality control or production environment, implementing new processes, methodologies or specifications
- You are able to work with technical documents, standards and regulations
- You have good knowledge of English
