Job description
- Analyze company contracts with customers and financial indicators
- Prepare insurance offers and negotiate terms
- Consult clients and brokers by phone and e-mail
- Administer information in internal systems and maintain documentation
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business partners
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best solutions for clients
Requirements
- Experience in insurance, finance or customer service
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- English language skills at least B2 level
- Communication skills, result orientation and teamwork
- Good MS Office skills
