We are inviting a funeral home administrator to join our team!
NATURE OF WORK
- Customer service, listening to and consulting with customer needs, order management;
- Smooth organization of funeral activities, ensuring a high standard of customer service, managing various customer situations;
- Representative presentation of the company, selling funeral services;
- Telephone calls, e-mail inquiries, managing other incoming information;
- Organization of funeral home activities, coordination of other employees to achieve smooth work and high results;
- Handling company documentation and correspondence.
What do we expect from you:
- Customer service experience – at least 2+ years;
- Excellent command of Lithuanian (verbal and written);
- Diligence, responsibility, independence, organization, excellent time management skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Experience in floristry or flower arrangement creation is a great advantage.

Rolling work schedule, cumulative working time accounting.
Salary
From 1200
€/mon.

The salary consists of a fixed part and bonuses for the work performed.
