Your main jobs:
- Manage production equipment;
- Ensure that the manufactured products are of high quality;
- Perform loading of manufactured products and raw materials (!! up to 25 kg);
- Work with automatic wire cutting machines;
- Perform wire cutting by hand;
- Perform wire marking and stripping.

Hourly pay is applied according to 3 levels (based on work results and available competence):
Level 1 - 7.94 EUR/ hour, (new employees start from level 1)
Level 2 - 8.24 EUR/ hour, (depending on work results, there is a possibility to move within/after 3 months)
Level 3 - 8.74 EUR/ hour, (depending on work results, there is a possibility to move within/after 6 months)
The hourly wage is presented without deduction of taxes.
We emphasize that the levels are divided according to the achieved work results, and not the working time in the company.
An additional motivational bonus is awarded for working in evening shifts, depending on how much time was worked in evening shifts.
The salary range includes health and motivational bonuses applied by the company (depending on the employee's results) and an additional motivational bonus for working in afternoon shifts (50 EUR excluding taxes per shift), assuming that 2 weeks of afternoon shifts are worked per month.
