Your responsibilities will be:
- communication with customers by phone, e-mail, registration of faults in the CRM database;
- communication with manufacturers by e-mail and other platforms;
- acceptance of devices in the showroom, fault identification and sending to the manufacturer;
- administration of spare parts supply;
- administration, development of the help.one system;
- other administrative work.
Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00 - 18:00, weekends free!
Work location: Vilnius.
We hope you:
- have good English language skills (written and spoken);
- are polite and communicative;
- are not afraid of challenges, have organizational skills and are able to plan your time effectively;
- have similar work experience or experience working with technical equipment repair;
- be able to read technical documentation;
- knowledge of Russian - an advantage;
- have a technical education (an advantage).
