UAB "LHM Step" creates premium individual stairs and non-standard metal structures for clients in Lithuania, Scandinavia and other foreign markets. As the volume of complex projects grows, we are strengthening the design team and looking for someone who would contribute to the creation of the highest level of technical solutions.

Salary
3000–4500 EUR gross + additional bonuses for:
technical initiatives,
optimization solutions,
successfully implemented projects.

Nature of work
Design complex metal structures of individual stairs;
Develop structural solutions according to architectural and technical requirements;
Prepare production drawings, assemblies and technical documentation;
Perform structural and static calculations;
Search for the most effective solutions for production, installation and structural reliability;
Cooperate with project managers, production and installation teams;
Participate in technical meetings with foreign customers and partners in English;
Contribute to new technical standards and strengthening engineering competence in the company.

Employee requirements
Experience in designing metal structures;
Ability to independently make technical decisions;
Knowledge of the principles of statics, loads and structural assemblies;
Ability to work with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks;
Understanding of manufacturing and installation logic;
Professional communication in English;
Experience in working with individual non-standard projects is a great advantage.
