Pending Responsibilities:
- Deliver mail, periodicals and other correspondence to customers in accordance with established requirements;
- Provide financial and other services to customers in the serviced territory, and ensure high quality customer service;
- Sell products and achieve personal sales goals;
- Manage subscriptions and administer information related to mail;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager
Working conditions:
- Workload – 1 full-time position;
- Work schedule – Monday–Friday, 7:30–16:00;
- Employment contract – permanent;
- Place of work – Jeruzalės g. 14, Vilnius;
- Service area – Žirmūnai.
We hope that:
- Have at least secondary education;
- Have good command of Lithuanian in writing and orally;
- Have a driver's license (category B);
- Be able to work independently, and experience in customer service or sales would be an advantage;
- Have good communication, information transfer and conflict resolution skills;
- Be responsible, open to innovation, and able to cooperate.
