AVS PipeFit UAB is an internationally growing group of companies that carries out shipbuilding, ship repair and industrial projects in Europe. It is currently strengthening its team and is looking for a Ship Repair Department Manager.
This is a position for someone who is able to see the whole picture of the project: from understanding the customer's needs to the smooth implementation of work, coordinating teams and ensuring results.
Place of work: Klaipėda (office work) + short-term business trips according to project needs.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Organize and coordinate ship repair projects from preparation to completion of work
- Form, plan and manage the department's activities and team
- Ensure compliance with project deadlines, budget and quality requirements
- Evaluate technical tasks, plan resources and work progress
- Search for solutions for more effective process management and department growth.
We hope you:
- You have experience in ship repair, shipbuilding or technical project management
- You have led a team or have strong leadership skills
- You are able to manage multiple processes simultaneously and make decisions in a dynamic environment
- You understand technical processes and are able to communicate with different stakeholders
- You have good knowledge of English (Russian is an advantage)
- You are ready for short-term business trips.
