- Organization of the shipbuilding division and its smooth daily operations
- Control of shipbuilding in Europe and ensuring the quality of work
- Resource planning and their effective distribution
- Organization of employee search and selection and team strengthening
- Preparation of budgets and control of their implementation
- Ensuring labor productivity and optimizing production processes
- Control of the correctness of shipbuilding bar reports
- Ensuring timely invoicing
- Active communication with customers and maintaining long-term partnerships
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- Experience: at least 5 years of experience in top-level or middle management in the shipbuilding or manufacturing sector
- Education: higher university or higher non-university education
- Language skills: you are fluent in English and Russian
- Digital literacy: you are fluent in computer programs
- Personal qualities: you are responsible, have excellent communication and leadership skills
