Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate the work of the shipbuilding workshop team, distribute tasks according to the production plan;
- Supervise the implementation of the production plan and ensure the completion of work within the established deadlines, in compliance with technological and quality requirements;
- Operatively resolve daily technical and organizational issues and organize the elimination of identified discrepancies;
- Inform customers about the progress of order execution, possible delays and expected completion dates;
- Fill in and control the team's working time accounting and prepare reports;
- Train new employees and advise team members on work issues;
- Control compliance with employee safety and established work procedures;
- Contribute to the improvement of production processes and increasing work efficiency;
- Cooperate with other departments, ensuring a smooth production process.
Work on business trips in the Netherlands.
We hope you
- You have an engineering or technical education. We will consider education in the fields of mechanics, mechatronics, shipbuilding, electrical or industrial engineering, welding or heavy machinery mechanics as an advantage;
- You have at least 5 years of work experience in the shipbuilding sector;
- You are able to read 2D technical drawings and diagrams;
- You know how to work with basic measuring tools;
- You are familiar with the welding and assembly processes of steel structures and the installation of ship outfitting parts and pipelines;
- You are familiar with occupational safety requirements;
- You are able to organize teamwork, make independent decisions and take responsibility for results;
- You are able to effectively cooperate with colleagues, work in a multicultural environment and resolve emerging conflicts;
- You are motivated to improve and strive for professional growth;
- You speak English or Russian.
