Most designers care about making everything look "pretty" or winning creative awards. We don't. We care about trust, psychology, and conversion.
You'll control the entire post-click experience. You won't just "build pages" — you'll architect an environment where a skeptical visitor becomes a high-value investor.

Primary responsibilities
- Idea → Design (Figma) → Creation → Optimization — quickly and independently
- Create landing pages and corporate websites focused on conversion and trust
- Work closely with the marketing team — align message, UX and visuals
- Be available for fixes and quick changes — our environment is dynamic
- Advantage: A/B tests, heat maps (Hotjar/Clarity), GA4, funnels
Employee requirements
- Has a strong design eye and understands UX/UI principles
- Able to think independently and solve problems without constant supervision
- Fast and flexible — from idea to live page as quickly as possible
- Has a portfolio with landing pages or websites (conversion-oriented work — a big plus)
- Big advantage: strong copywriting skills — headlines, CTAs, microcopy
- Big advantage: WordPress / Elementor knowledge
- Big advantage: uses AI tools (Claude, agents, etc.) for more efficient work
- Advantage: data literacy — GA4, GTM, Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity
