One of the most advanced window and door manufacturing companies in the Baltic States – UAB “Aradas” – is expanding its team and inviting production operators to work in Alytus.
This is a job for those who value clarity, order and want to see the result of their work.

Work schedule:
Shift work (Monday–Friday):
There are no night shifts.

What you will do at work:
You will work in one or more production stages:
- preparation of window and door raw materials
- assembly of frames and sashes
- installation of fittings and other details
- glazing of products
- packaging of products.
What will your start look like:
- on the first day we will introduce you to the workplace, order and safety
- in the first weeks you will work together with an experienced team member
- we will help you quickly integrate and learn the job.
Experience in production is an advantage, but not necessary.
The most important thing is the desire to work, responsibility and the right attitude.
Work schedule:
Shift work (Monday–Friday):
- morning shift: 6:00–14:30
- evening shift: 14:30–23:00
There are no night shifts.
