You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• By forming and implementing the flexible energy portfolio and wholesale trading strategy, ensuring effective management of the production and consumption portfolio and creating long-term value for customers and the organization;
• By analyzing trends in electricity, gas, emission allowances and other energy markets, managing risks and making timely decisions to maximize performance;
• By ensuring profitable management of customers' power plants and energy resources portfolios, trading in short-term and long-term markets and contributing to the development of new business opportunities;
• Representing the organization in relations with clients, partners, government institutions and other stakeholders, participating in market consultations and legislative processes;
• Leading the team, setting operational priorities and goals, developing team competencies, promoting professional growth and ensuring effective development of operational processes and technological solutions.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 5,280 to EUR 7,920 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
