Nature of work
- Establishment of a company in Latvia;
- Assistance with Polish/Latvian texts when creating a Polish/Latvian website (all materials are prepared in Lithuanian, assistance with translation is needed);
- Placing Polish/Latvian CVs on Polish/Latvian CV portals;
- Selection of Polish/Latvian managers;
- Responses to Polish/Latvian clients' inquiries by e-mail and telephone;
- As needed, clarifying the opening hours and prices of museums and other entertainment venues for children, and agreeing on a visit for a group of children;
- Team formation, selection and coordination. Supervision of the implementation of the camp program by the selected managers;
- Cooperation with the marketing team (sales promotion, campaigns);
- Ensuring the quality of the camp's activities.
Employee requirements
- Experience in project management and organization or a VERY strong desire to learn it;
- Ability to independently plan work and make decisions;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation;
- Knowledge of LATVIAN - a huge advantage;
- Driver's license (category B) - an advantage;
- Experience in organizing events, camps or educational projects - a big advantage.

Magellan – a day camp for children from 7 to 12 years old. During the camp, time is spent actively, more than 10 thousand steps are taken per day. The camp is organized by UAB Higso Magelanan, a company of the Higgs Boson Group of Companies.
