We are looking for a responsible, organized and practical person who would oversee the daily operations of the LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromat in Kaunas, ensure their smooth operation and respond quickly to emerging situations.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor the operation of payment terminals.
- Track the balance of detergents, cleaning supplies and other necessary goods.
- Monitor the condition and operation of laundry equipment.
- Answer customer calls and resolve emerging situations.
- Diagnose and resolve simple technical failures and equipment problems.
- Report serious situations to partners after identifying them.
- Cooperate with technicians in resolving more complex failures.
- Respond quickly and effectively to unexpected situations.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Is responsible, independent and result-oriented.
- Is not afraid of practical work and various daily tasks.
- Thinks technically and is able to solve problems effectively.
- Takes initiative and, if necessary, independently solves simple technical problems.
- Is able to effectively plan work and manage priorities.
- Communicates well with both clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Valid category B driver's license.
- Own car (a car rental agreement will be concluded for business purposes).
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use common office programs.
