Laser Systems Adjuster (No experience required - we train!)

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

• The opportunity to learn how to adjust laser systems - this is a job that requires extreme precision and care, during which the laser beam is directed through optical elements according to set parameters and quality requirements
• Replacing and installing mechanical and optical parts used in the laser system
• Performing measurements and evaluating results according to set instructions
• Documenting data in production systems
• Analysis and problem solving

The team expects from you:

• You have or are pursuing an education in the field of engineering sciences (mechanics, transport engineering, aerospace engineering, mechatronics and robotics, physics, electronics, IT, etc.)
• You want to work with high technologies and contribute to the creation of added value in Lithuania

After the probationary period, an additional variable remuneration component is awarded, linked to your and your team's results, which can reach up to 10% of the quarterly remuneration.
