Nature of work
- Working with the metal cutting laser TRUMPF, using the most advanced technology, in order to ensure the highest production quality;
- Detailed analysis of the submitted production drawings and technical specifications and their application in the production process, in cooperation with engineers and other specialists;
- Independent control of the laser and maintenance of operation according to the instructions, ensuring continuous efficiency and safety of the equipment;
- Quality control of production operations and intermediate products using standardized quality control methods;
- Implementation of specific goals, time and resource management in order to ensure production efficiency and optimal performance.
Employee requirements
- Similar work experience with laser cutting of metal sheets (preferably at least 2 years of experience), ability to quickly learn new technologies;
- Work experience with a TRUMPF laser is an advantage, but readiness to learn and adapt to this equipment is essential;
- Ability to read drawings and work according to technical specifications, ability to accurately interpret details and instructions;
- Technical or professional education in the field of metalworking is an advantage, as well as additional courses or certificates in the field of production management;
- Responsibility, dutifulness, honesty and strong internal motivation, orientation to the result;
- Willingness to learn and raise professional qualifications, participate in trainings and seminars organized by the company.
