In this position, you will:

• Assembling and aligning laser optical components according to instructions – we will teach you everything you need on the spot!
• Preparation and cleaning of small components using a high-quality optical microscope
• Filling production information and ensuring data accuracy
• Clearly defined tasks, responsible but calm work pace and a friendly team ready to help every step of the way

The team expects from you:

• Education in engineering (physics, light technology, electronics, mechanics, transport engineering, aerospace engineering, mechatronics and robotics, etc.) or natural sciences (biology, life sciences, optometry, etc.)
• Work experience in the production of high-tech or complex precision products, in photonics or engineering companies
• You like fine motor work - you have various experiences at work or in your free time in assembling equipment or soldering, you like to create jewelry, embroider, knit, draw or otherwise use your manual dexterity to perform tasks requiring great care

After the probationary period, an additional variable remuneration part is awarded, linked to your and the team's results, which can reach up to 10% of the quarterly remuneration.
