EKSPLA – developers and manufacturers of lasers and their electronic components, which are used by 80 of the world's top 100 universities, major research centers, electronics manufacturers and industrial companies performing extremely precise processes, we are looking for a Laser Production Engineer to join the team of over 150 eksplaens at EKSPLA.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble and tune EKSPLA lasers, work with optical, mechanical and fiber optic laser components.
- Identify and resolve problems.
- Perform laser testing, measure and evaluate parameters.
- Fill in production documentation, ensure data accuracy.
- Provide suggestions for process optimization and instruction improvement.
- Learn from experts in the laser and laser technology market!

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
- You have a higher education in the field of engineering sciences (laser physics is an advantage).
- You understand the general principles of electronics and optics and have experience in a similar position.
- You are meticulous, attentive to details and focused on quality.
- You are able to adapt to uncertainties, have problem-solving skills.
- You are technically curious: you like to fix things or create something new.
- You have experience working with lasers - this would be a great advantage.
- You understand technical English at least at B2 level.
