In this position, you will:

• Propose solutions to improve production efficiency and product quality
• Experiment in the laboratory by conducting research on measuring equipment and methodology, and describing these results
• Applying mechanical, optical, electronic and programming solutions to create test stands that increase production efficiency
• Coordinate the implementation of ongoing changes between different teams and ensure the completion of planned work on time
• Consult colleagues working in production on the correct use of the created device

The team expects from you:

• Higher education (in physics or other engineering sciences - an advantage)
• Experience working in a laboratory
• Able to make independent decisions and have excellent work organization skills (efficient resource allocation, risk assessment, etc.)
• Quickly adapt to changes and innovations
• Experience in initiating and implementing changes
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to cooperate
