YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble and adjust lasers developed by EKSPLA according to the provided diagrams and instructions.
- Work with optical, mechanical and fiber-optic laser components.
- Perform laser testing, measure and evaluate their parameters.
- Fill out production documentation and ensure the accuracy of measurements and data.
- Provide suggestions for process optimization and instruction improvement.
- Increase knowledge about lasers by learning from experienced specialists in this field!

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
- You have a higher education in engineering sciences (laser physics is an advantage) – experience is not necessary – the company is ready to train!
- You understand the general principles of operation of electronics and optics.
- You are attentive to details and take a responsible approach to the quality of work.
- You love meticulous work with your hands – assembling, installing, soldering, etc.
- You are not afraid of situations when not everything goes according to plan, and are able to adapt to uncertainty.
- You are able to take responsibility for the result.
- You are not afraid to ask – if you don’t know something, you are interested – that is more important than knowing everything from day one.
