We are looking for a LEAN engineer to supplement and strengthen our growing team, located in Molėtai, Paluokesos g. 11.
Teltonika's electronics manufacturing units develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.
We create all the necessary conditions for each employee to improve their skills, gain in-depth knowledge of the products we manufacture, and grow professionally in every way.

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 17 Eur/hr. to 20 Eur/hr.* (~2856 - ~3360 Eur per month) before taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

In this position, you will:
- Together with colleagues, you will create a culture of continuous improvement in the organization.
- Identify process shortcomings, improvement opportunities, inconsistencies, wasted resources, provide insights and suggestions to managers to increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with different divisions and departments of the company to refine process goals and ensure their effectiveness.
- Ensure the smooth operation of kaizen, 5S and other continuous improvement tools in the organization.
- Conduct training for company employees on different continuous improvement tools and their application in daily activities, help standardize production activities.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of VSM, Asaichi, Kaizen, problem solving and other continuous improvement tools.
- Training skills.
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Very good skills in working with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Diligence, attention to detail, strong analytical skills.
- Fluent oral and written expression of ideas.

Salary:
