Nature of work
Teltonika EMS electronics manufacturing units develop and assemble our devices – from the first prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn complex ideas into real, mass-produced products.
We are currently recruiting aLEAN engineer to help us improve our production processes, reduce waste, and work with our teams to find practical ways to work more efficiently.

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 17 Eur/hour. up to 20 EUR/hour* (~2856 - ~3360 EUR per month) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.
We are currently recruiting aLEAN engineer to help us improve our production processes, reduce waste, and work with our teams to find practical ways to work more efficiently.
In this position, you will:
- Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, waste, and process improvement opportunities.
- Initiate and implement LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate and develop the application of Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Asaichi, and other LEAN tools.
- You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and other teams to find solutions to increase process efficiency.
- You will help standardize production processes and ensure that implemented improvements are maintained.
- You will conduct practical LEAN and continuous improvement training for employees.
- You will provide insights and recommendations to managers and contribute to strengthening the culture of continuous improvement in the organization.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in process improvement, LEAN, manufacturing or a similar field.
- Practical knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Asaichi, problem solving methods or other LEAN tools.
- Ability to analyze processes, notice problems and propose practical solutions to them.
- Ability to cooperate with different teams and involve colleagues in changes.
- Good communication and training skills.
- English language skills at least B2 level.
- Good MS Office skills.
