What you'll do:

• Organize classroom and online trainings, including training administration, scheduling, vendor coordination, and partner checks
  
• Manage training data in SF Learning and prepare essential reports
  
• Maintain and update internal training materials and documentation
  
• Support learning and onboarding projects through feedback collection and system testing
  
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Baltics to ensure aligned processes
  

About you:

• Higher education
  
• Experience working with data, reports and coordinating administrative processes is considered an advantage
  
• Fluency in Lithuanian and very good English (B2 or higher level).
  
• Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to meet deadlines and identify potential risks
  
• Good MS Office or Google Workspace skills
  
• Proactive mindset and willingness to support continuous improvements
  
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
