What you will be doing
- Establishing and developing of customer and partnership relationships together with management of the leasing portfolio;
- Advising customers and introducing services and products;
- Managing car and equipment leasing product;
- Concluding and signing agreements, representing the bank in accordance with the competence given;
- Regular inspection and monitoring of the client portfolio and contracts, and performance of management-related activities in a timely, efficient and correct manner;
- Establishing, developing and managing partnerships with car and equipment dealers;
- Creating and managing internal procedures, manuals, and tools to ensure an effective sales and contract management process.
What we expect from you
- 1+ year experience in the financial sector / banking with leasing sales (B2B);
- Long-term experience in using spreadsheet programs for analysis and reporting (especially MS Excel);
- You are capable of working in a team, you are proactive, show constant initiative and motivation to reach the best results;
- You have great communication and problem-solving skills;
- You have a higher education in economics, finances, management or related field;
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English at excellent level;
- High analytical ability, business thinking.
