Nature of work:
We are looking for a Line Operator to join our dynamic and growing team! If you have technical skills, a responsible attitude and love challenges, this position could be just for you!
🍨 Management, service and maintenance of ice cream packaging lines - you will ensure that production runs smoothly, and the lines work as an "ice cream machine".
🔧 Operational troubleshooting - you will respond quickly and effectively to failures so that production does not stop.
🍫 Quality assurance and control of manufactured products - you will ensure that each ice cream product is of high quality and meets the highest standards.
🧽 Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace - you will ensure that the environment is clean and safe, so that ice cream is produced only in the cleanest conditions.
Shift work (with night shifts), after 12 hours, with a rolling schedule.
💰 Up to +20% bonus to salary is applied for successful results, after a probationary period.

Requirements:
🔧 Work experience in managing and servicing production equipment – you have experience working with equipment, ensuring its smooth operation.
🎓 Vocational, higher or higher education in the field of mechanics/technology – it would be a great advantage to be able to cope with technical challenges.
⚡ Ability to respond quickly to emerging problems – to promptly resolve malfunctions and ensure that production does not stop.
📋 Responsibility, diligence, willingness to learn – you will be responsible for your work and will develop together with the team.
🎓 Vocational, higher or higher education in the field of mechanics/technology – it would be a great advantage to be able to cope with technical challenges.
