Leapsly is a growing digital marketing agency working with clients and team members across Europe, the US and beyond. We are looking for a part-time legal advisor who will protect the company's interests and help us run our international business on solid legal ground.
What you will do:

- Draft, review and negotiate client agreements (service agreements, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs) for clients in different countries
- Prepare and review contracts with employees and international contractors/freelancers
- Handle approximately 5 contracts per month
- Advise on disputes and disagreements with clients (unpaid invoices, scope disputes, terminations) and represent Leapsly's position in negotiations and written communication
- Consult on commercial matters: liability, IP ownership, payment terms, GDPR and data processing
- Provide guidance on accounting and tax-related questions in cross-border cooperation (invoicing, VAT, contractor vs. employee status), working together with our accountant
- Help build and maintain standard contract templates
Reikalavimai darbuotojui
- Law degree (Master's or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience in commercial/contract law, ideally in-house or advising service businesses, agencies or tech companies
- Hands-on experience drafting B2B service agreements and employment/contractor contracts
- Understanding of international contracts (governing law, jurisdiction, cross-border invoicing) and EU GDPR
- Experience handling client disputes, debt recovery or pre-litigation negotiations
- Working knowledge of accounting and tax basics relevant to contracts (VAT, cross-border payments)
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Lithuanian is a plus
- Independent, responsive and practical: you give clear, business-friendly advice
- Ability to work remotely and occasionally meet in Vilnius
