✔️ Advise and collaborate with product, sales, marketing, IT, and leadership teams on a wide range of commercial legal matters (compliance, advertising, intellectual property, contract law), providing clear and business-oriented legal guidance;
✔️ Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements (commercial, IT services, marketing, sales, and more);
✔️ Manage intellectual property matters: coordinate trademark registrations (with external counsel) and advise internal teams on IP use, protection, and transfer;
✔️ Develop, improve, and maintain internal legal processes, policies, and documentation (terms of use, warning letters, contract templates, internal policies);
✔️ Identify and manage legal risks, offering practical solutions;
✔️ Monitor legal and regulatory developments and initiate necessary updates to ensure compliance.

✔️ Experience: 3+ years of experience in a legal role (experience in the IT sector is a strong advantage)
✔️ Education: Master’s degree in Law
✔️ Expertise: Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
✔️ Mindset: A business- and technology-oriented professional who can integrate legal solutions into broader business and technical contexts
✔️ Skills: Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment
✔️ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English
