As Legal Counsel, you will:
- Provide legal advice on commercial, contractual, and operational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Assess legal and business risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Support commercial negotiations and business decision-making.
- Advise stakeholders clearly on legal implications and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to improving legal processes and compliance initiatives.
We expect you to:
- Law degree and relevant professional experience (more than 3 years).
- Ability to independently manage standard legal matters with limited supervision.
- Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ownership mindset.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
