Legal Counsel

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team in Vilnius.
In this role, you’ll be directly responsible to the Company’s Head of Legal and Compliance and will support Desktronic’s day-to-day operations, manage contracts, support compliance with e-commerce and consumer protection laws, and help the business make sound, informed decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, supplier, partnership and other agreements.
  
• Provide day-to-day legal support to internal teams (product, logistics, marketing and operations).
  
• Draft and maintain consumer-facing legal documents, including terms and conditions and privacy policies.
  
• Draft and maintain corporate documents across all group companies.
  
• Draft and maintain internal compliance documentation and risk management processes.
  
• Monitor regulatory changes (e.g., DSA, GDPR, consumer rights) and support implementation.
  
• Contribute to the review of consumer complaints, manage authorities’ requests, draft and review legal documents.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Law.
  
• Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and corporate documentation.
  
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in e-commerce, digital services, or consumer protection.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
  
• Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing risks with business priorities.
  
• Proactive and curious mindset — someone who likes to make things clear, not complicated.
  

Nice to Have

• Good understanding of privacy (GDPR), and EU regulatory frameworks.
  
• Experience with intellectual property, content moderation, or cross-border contracts.
  
• Familiarity with Digital Services Act (DSA) or online platform compliance.
  
• Familiarity with cross-border commercial law and ability to support operations in both EU and US markets.
