You will be responsible for:
You will be responsible for:
- Formation of a portfolio of children's and young adult literature publications from works by foreign authors;
- Monitoring and analyzing international publishing market trends, new authors and promising books;
- Cooperation with foreign publishers, literary agents and copyright holders and conducting negotiations on publishing rights and concluding contracts;
- Formation of publication pricing;
- Analysis of portfolio sales results and search for new opportunities;
- Implementation of the publishing plan in cooperation with the editorial, marketing and sales teams.
We value your:
- Love for books, especially children's and young adult literature, motivation and desire to work in the publishing field;
- Interest in the international publishing market and literary trends;
- Ability to analyze data and make reasoned decisions when assessing the potential of publications
- Negotiation and procurement experience;
- Excellent oral and written English skills (knowledge of other foreign languages would be a great advantage);
- Organization, initiative and ability to work in a team.
