Main responsibilities:
✧ Professional customer service and consulting on all vehicle maintenance and repair issues;
✧ Administration and coordination of service orders from customer contact to vehicle handover;
✧ Planning of repair work, preparation of estimates and coordination with customers;
✧ Ensuring smooth communication with customers, informing them about the progress of work, deadlines and possible changes;
✧ Close cooperation with the service team to achieve high-quality and timely provision of services;
✧ Achieving service and spare parts sales goals, taking into account customer needs.

What do we expect from you:
✧ At least 2 years of experience in customer service in a car service;
✧ Good knowledge of car maintenance, repair processes and service services;
✧ Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills;
✧ Ability to independently plan work, set priorities and solve problems;
✧ Responsibility, diligence and customer and result orientation;
✧ Good computer skills ("MS Office").
✧ Category B driver's license.
✧ Good knowledge of car maintenance, repair processes and service services;
✧ Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills;
