Main responsibilities:
✧ Planning and organizing passenger car repair work;
✧ Allocation of tasks to technicians;
✧ Control and ensuring repair deadlines;
✧ Ensuring compliance with technological processes;
✧ Cooperation with the service front line, technicians and other departments;
✧ Supervision and consulting of the quality of work of service employees;
✧ Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and quality standards;
✧ Preparing reports on the progress of repairs, productivity and resources used;
✧ Daily communication with the manufacturer's technical department English;

What do we expect from you:
✧ Higher or higher technical/engineering education;
✧ At least 2 years of experience in the field of car repair or service;
✧ Good knowledge of repair technologies and processes;
✧ Ability to work with service management programs;
✧ Excellent skills in working with MS Office;
✧ English - a must; Russian - an advantage
✧ Diligence, responsibility, ability to organize and manage a team;
✧ Excellent communication skills, ability to solve problems and manage conflicts.
✧ At least 2 years of experience in the field of car repair or service;
✧ Good knowledge of repair technologies and processes;
✧ Ability to work with service management programs;
✧ Excellent skills in working with MS Office;
✧ English - a must; Russian - an advantage
