BOARD PACKER

• We are looking for hardworking and responsible employees for the sawmill and further wood processing departments.
  
• Work on the production packaging device: filling of spacers into cassettes, packaging of boards in accordance with the packaging rules and standards provided by the company (we train).
  
• Work in different departments of the company:
  
• Working in three shifts in the sawmill department. Every week there is a different schedule and it repeats itself over and over again. Five working days a week, weekends off.
  

I shift: Mon-Fri 06:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
II shift: I-F 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
III shift: I-F 11:00 p.m. - 06:00 a.m.

• In the further wood processing (components) department, work in two shifts that change every week. Five working days a week, weekends off.
  

I shift: Mon-Fri 06:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
II shift: I-F 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

• Employees are given 30 minutes per shift. lunch and 4 coffee breaks of 15 minutes each, which are included in working time.
  
• Since it is a woodworking process with automatic and fast machines, we have noise (ear protection is mandatory) and wood dust.

• The field of education is not important, but if it is related to woodworking, it is an advantage.
  
• Basics of working with a computer (the computer is used to summarize parameters, print a label).
  
• Ability to work with different people and respect each other.
  
• Initiative, responsibility and speed.
  
• Compliance with safety rules (the company's attitude: let's come home safe every day!).
  
• Experience in a wood processing company (advantage).
  
• Knowledge of English (advantage).

1200-1300 €/mon. gross
Salary review after probationary period and annually. It is discussed in more detail during the interview.
