We are currently looking for someone who values delicate communication, attention to detail and the highest standards of service. As a Lexus Product Expert, you will be one of the most important people in creating the first impression of Lexus - a brand where technology, design and impeccable service merge into an exceptional experience.
Your role is to ensure that every customer who visits the showroom feels welcome, understood and professionally accompanied throughout the entire acquaintance with the car - from the first greeting to the ceremonial handover of the car.

Your role is to ensure that every customer who visits the showroom feels welcome, understood and professionally accompanied throughout the entire acquaintance with the car - from the first greeting to the ceremonial handover of the car.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a first-class first impression – greet showroom guests in a warm and professional manner;
- Communicate Lexus’ history, philosophy and vision, connecting emotion with the physical product – so that the customer feels the brand’s uniqueness from the first moment;
- Present Lexus models, their innovations, technologies and unique features;
- Participate in test drives and help customers experience the comfort and technology of the car;
- Professionally respond to customer inquiries by phone and email;
- Coordinate customer inquiries and collaborate with the sales team;
- Ensure impeccable preparation of cars and their representative handover to customers;
- Continuously deepen knowledge by participating in training and certification programs.
Work schedule:
Monday - Friday 9:00–19:00 (rotating schedule).
Every second Saturday 10:00–15:00.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Ability to understand and convey Lexus philosophy and values to customers from the first moment;

- Excellent communication, representation and consulting skills;
- Enthusiasm for Lexus products and a genuine desire to contribute to the growth of the Lexus family;
- Interest in automotive technology and innovation;
- High personal standards, responsibility and diligence;
- Independence in planning work and solving situations;
- Higher or higher education;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good English;
- Category B driver's license.
