Nature of work
We are looking for a Lithuanian language teacher to work with Russian-speaking foreigners starting to learn from scratch. The work takes place in groups, teaching adult foreigners according to the teaching materials provided by us.
Main responsibilities:
to conduct Lithuanian language lessons for Russian-speaking foreigners from the beginner level;
to work with groups with an average of about 8 students;
to conduct 2 lessons per week for each group;
one lesson lasts 60 minutes;
to work according to the teaching materials and program provided;
to ensure a clear, understandable and structured teaching process for beginners.
Working conditions:
work takes place only on weekdays, from Monday to Friday;
lessons take place in the evenings, from 18:00 to 21:00;
cooperation is carried out according to individual activity;
payment – 20 Eur / hour.

Employee requirements
excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
good knowledge of the Russian language;
at least 1 year of experience teaching the Lithuanian language to Russian-speaking foreigners from scratch;
ability to convey information clearly and understandably to beginners;
ability to use the Zoom platform and conduct distance learning classes;
responsibility, punctuality and good communication skills;
ability to work evening hours on weekdays;
individual activity.

We are a Lithuanian language school operating since 2021. During this time, we have gained valuable experience working with foreigners who are learning Lithuanian for everyday life, work or integration in Lithuania.
Previously, we organized and conducted free Lithuanian language courses through the Employment Service, and currently we work directly with students. Most of our students are people from Ukraine and Belarus, but we work with foreigners of various nationalities who want to learn Lithuanian from scratch or strengthen their existing knowledge.
Our goal is to help people feel more confident in Lithuania, communicate more easily in everyday situations, at work and integrate into the environment faster. We strive to make learning clear, structured and adapted to the real needs of students.
