Nature of works
We are looking for a Lithuanian regional manager who would take responsibility for the sales results of 13 Lithuanian salons, improving their efficiency, developing sales processes and growing the team's competencies.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE:

- Ensure the implementation of Lithuanian salons' sales plans and analyze key sales indicators;
- Develop sales and customer service standards, ensuring high quality consulting in salons;
- Analyze the effectiveness of the assortment and product balances, initiate necessary changes;
- Coordinate the introduction of new products into salons and evaluate their sales results;
- Lead the team, develop employee competencies and achieve better sales results;
- Improve sales processes, initiate sales promotion actions, taking into account market trends and customer needs.
We hope you
- Has a higher university education (bachelor's degree);
- Has management experience in retail, preferably managing the results of several outlets;
- Can demonstrate specific results achieved in sales growth or improving sales efficiency;
- Able to analyze sales indicators, make data-based decisions and implement changes;
- Has strong leadership, delegation and staff development skills;
- Understands the impact of assortment, product balances and high customer service quality on sales results.
- You have good command of English and have a category B driver's license.
