We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to plan and execute end-to-end customer lifecycle campaigns across email, push, SMS, and other digital channels. In this role, you will combine data, technology, and creativity to deliver personalized communication that drives engagement and conversion.

2080 - 3120 EUR. gross
What you'll do
- Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels
- Build and manage audience segments using behavioral, transactional, and CRM data
- Set up and optimize automated and one-off campaigns across the funnel with proper personalization
- Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver high-quality communication
- Run A/B tests and continuously improve campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversion)
- Analyze results and provide data-driven insights
- Ensure consistent and well-timed communication across channels
What we expect
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with campaign setup and execution (email required; push/SMS is a plus)
- Understanding of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Nice to have:
- Experience with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, or similar
- Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar)
