Elevator fitter

UAB "Paradis" is one of the leading companies in Lithuania, installing the largest number of elevators and lifts. The company is the official representative of the Spanish elevator manufacturer Orona (every tenth elevator in Europe is Orona). We are expanding our team and are looking for responsible and experienced specialists who want to contribute to our success.

The work of an installer covers the entire elevator installation process - from the assembly of structural elements to the connection of electrical systems and adjustment of equipment. When installing an elevator, technical documentation and the highest quality standards are strictly followed to ensure the smooth and safe operation of all components.
Work is performed at height, strictly following the requirements for occupational safety and health.
Work is carried out in a team of two installers in buildings of various purposes, in different areas of Lithuania.
Depending on the locations of the objects, work trips in Lithuania are planned.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated team member who meets the following requirements:

• Practical skills and experience in working with power tools.
• Knowledge and experience in the field of construction or installation.
• Accuracy and thoroughness in working with mechanical systems (their assembly and adjustment), ensuring a flawless result.
• Ability to constructively cooperate with the team, achieving common goals and success.
• Ability to properly plan the course of work, meet deadlines and ensure prompt completion of tasks.
• Motivation to take responsibility and actively seek solutions in complex situations.
• Must have a driver's license.

The following competencies would be considered a significant advantage:

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, drawings and diagrams.
• Practical experience in the field of elevator installation and/or maintenance.
• Possessing an elevator electromechanic certificate would be particularly appreciated and would help to integrate into the team faster and more smoothly.

1200-1500 €/mon. net
The basic salary depends on the employee's competence (from 1100-1500 EUR/month in cash), the variable part of the salary depends on the work results, according to the Salary Payment Procedure approved by the company.
