UAB Paradis - one of the companies that installs the most elevators and lifts in Lithuania, representing the Spanish elevator manufacturer Orona (every tenth elevator in Europe is Orona!), is expanding its team and is looking for a team member.
Nature of work
- Receiving calls from dispatchers and customers, carrying out communication;
- Distribution of work for electromechanics, taking into account the calls received, the nature of the work and the established priorities;
- Creating tasks and administering their execution in the task management system;
- Preparing and coordinating monthly maintenance work schedules;
- Planning, coordinating and coordinating annual elevator technical inspections with the inspector;
- Planning and administering employee duty and vacation schedules, processing working time sheets and data required for payroll;
- Preparing and coordinating documentation of completed work;
- Resolving daily organizational issues and assisting the work manager, ensuring smooth work organization;
- Replacing the work manager during his vacation or illness, performing work functions according to the assigned competence.
Employee requirements
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical fields and the ability to apply them in practice;
- Good communication skills, positive attitude;
- Responsibility, receptiveness, ability to learn quickly, and desire to improve;
- Computer literacy;
- Understanding of foreign languages (English/Russian);
- Driver's license.
