Nature of work

  • We are looking for hardworking and responsible employees to work in the sawmill and further wood processing departments.
  • Work on an automated wood processing line. Maintenance of automated wood processing lines: entering parameters into the computer, ensuring a smooth production process.
  • Teamwork, in shifts.
  • Work in the sawmill department in three shifts. Every week we work on a different schedule and it keeps repeating:
I shift: I-V 06:00 - 14:30
II shift: I-V 14:30 - 23:00
III shift: I-V 23:00 - 06:00
five working days a week, weekends off.

  • In the further wood processing unit, planing shop (for small processes), work in two shifts, which change every week:
I shift: I-V from 06:00 to 14:30
II shift: I-V from 14:30 to 23:00
five working days a week, weekends off.

  • In the further wood processing unit, planing shop, work in four shifts of
12 hours, with a rolling schedule:
two day shifts from 08:00 to 20:00,
two night shifts from 20:00 to 08:00,
four days off.

  • During shifts, 30 min. lunch break and 4 coffee breaks of 15 minutes each, which are included in the working time.
  • Since this is a woodworking process using automatic and fast machines, we have noise (ear protection is mandatory) and wood dust.

Employee requirements

  • The field of education is not important, but if it is related to woodworking, it is an advantage.
  • Basics of computer work (computer is used to enter parameters, print a label).
  • Ability to work with different people and respect each other.
  • Initiative, responsibility and speed.
  • Adherence to safety rules (company approach: let's return home healthy every day!).
  • Experience in a wood processing company (advantage).
  • Knowledge of English (advantage).

The indicated amount of monthly salary, before taxes, is paid once a month with the employee's consent. Salary review after probationary period and annually. It is discussed in more detail during the interview.
