What will you do?
- Online Customer support (phone, chat, email).
- Products and social media content translations – ensure all Lithuanian content sounds clear, natural and locally relevant.
- Manage social media channels and respond to customer messages, comments and reactions.
- Take care of webshops behind the scenes – check orders, fix things manually when needed and make quick translations directly in the system.
What we love about you:
- You enjoy helping people.
- You have previous experience in online customer support and you're confident working efficiently in a busy support environment.
- You have excellent Lithuanian language skills – both written and spoken – and will communicate with native customers in the Lithuanian market, where people will also read content translated or adapted by you.
- You have basic e-commerce knowledge and understand from a buyer's perspective how online shopping works, what may differ between stores and what matters to local customers.
- Your English is strong enough for smooth daily communication with other teams.

With native knowledge and localization services, we make sure that our clients' webshops meet expectations in the new countries they launch in.
