UAB ‘’Standa” company, located in Vilnius, is one of the most famous European companies designing and manufacturing precision mechanics in the field of photonics. The company develops and manufactures picosecond microlasers for scientific research, and implements them in spectroscopic equipment in biology, chemistry and medicine. UAB “Standa” manufactures precision mechanical, optomechanical devices, optical tables and equipment protection devices against vibration. Since the beginning of its activities, the company has developed and manufactured about 1000 different products. Main products: optical cellular tables and their vibration protection devices; automated mechanical devices with micron and submicron accuracy in linear coordinates, subnanosecond lasers with passive and active resonator quality modulation. The company exports 90 percent. of its production to more than 60 countries around the world. The largest export markets are Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, the USA. The company’s products are also used by many Lithuanian universities and research institutes.
