DB Solutions is seeking an Afterhours Coordinator in Siauliai to track ant trace freight movement in the United States of America. Afterhours Coordinator's duties involves monitoring and resolving issues with shipments outside of regular business hours, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction, and potentially assisting with scheduling and coverage for uncovered trucks.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. We will train and teach.
The goal is to learn and eventually move to the Transportation Manager's position to handle your own group of drivers and book freight for them.
Work from the office in Siauliai.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Communicate with our truck drivers via phone or email daily to track and trace all assigned shipments.
Track and trace loads and update their status in the system, maintain accurate tracking to ensure all loads are being updated properly daily,
Confirm pickup number, pallet count, seal or no seal, and case count. Reefer loads always check for temperature.
Escalate and follow processes to avoid shipment delays.
Minimum requirements
English Level of B2 or higher.
Excellent communication skills.
Multitasking and proactivity.
Goal and detail orientation.
Punctuality and sense of urgency.
Stable, reliable, and responsible.
Schedule:
Rotating Schedule (work every second weekend)
Monday - Friday - 01:00-08:00 + every second weekend.

Salary
7 €/hour gross (22:00 - 06:00 hours are paid at 1.5 times ratio, average salary after taxes is /month while on probationary period)
Salary is increased after probationary period which is 2 months.
Salary is significantly increased after promotion to Transportation Manager (3-6months)
Salary is increased after probationary period which is 2 months.
