About the Role
We are looking for a Logistics Manager to join our growing international logistics company. You will be responsible for managing freight operations for our own truck fleet and ensuring smooth cooperation with clients and partners across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Searching and securing freight for the company’s own truck fleet (tautliner and/or box trailers);
- Planning and optimizing transport operations according to client needs and company objectives;
- Monitoring and controlling the transport process with active communication with clients and internal teams;
- Acquiring new clients and carriers, as well as maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners;
- Pricing, rate setting, and negotiating with clients;
- Operational problem-solving and handling daily operational challenges;
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery and successful execution of transport orders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics (freight sourcing, working with clients and/or carriers in Western and Central Europe, experience with tautliner trailers and/or box trailers);
- Strong result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a team and professionally represent the company;
- Good computer skills and ability to multitask;
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written);
- Additional foreign languages are considered a strong advantage.
