While working in our team, you will have the following tasks:
- Working with the cash register, accounting for payments and handling cash documents;
- Registering customer orders in the accounting system and preparing them for issuance;
- Adjusting the balance of goods in the accounting system according to inventory data and documents;
- Cooperation with warehouse and sales managers regarding discrepancies between orders and goods movement;
- Issuing, checking and correcting VAT invoices according to customer requests and internal procedures;
- Other order administration and document management work related to accounting for logistics processes.
Position requirements:
- Responsible approach to work and diligence when working with data;
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with colleagues;
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, e-mail);
- Willingness to learn and improve - we will teach you everything on the job;
- Advantage - experience working with accounting or logistics systems (but not necessary).
