We are looking for a responsible, organized and meticulous team member who would contribute to the coordination and administration of daily logistics processes. If you like order, are able to quickly navigate the flow of information and want to grow in a professional environment - we are waiting for you!
What will be your responsibilities?
- Tracking transport movements and coordinating information with the warehouse and other related parties.
- Collecting, checking and administering transport and other logistics documents.
- Verifying data and information, supervising document archiving.
- Updating order information in systems and internal reports.
- Administering invoices, coordinating payments and providing assistance to the supply-logistics team with daily administrative issues.
