While working in our team, you will have the following tasks:
- Working with the cash register, accounting for payments and handling cash documents;
- Registering customer orders in the accounting system and preparing them for issuance;
- Adjusting the balance of goods in the accounting system according to inventory data and documents;
- Cooperation with warehouse and sales managers regarding discrepancies between orders and goods movement;
- Issuing, checking and correcting VAT invoices according to customer requests and internal procedures;
- Other order administration and document management work related to accounting for logistics processes.
Position requirements:
- You have work experience in accounting, administration or warehouse accounting;
- You are able to work with accounting and business management systems;
- You are diligent, responsible and able to organize your work independently;
- You have good computer skills;
- You are able to work in a team and meet deadlines.
